It is what we leave out of our bacon that leaves so much flavour in. First we carefully trim off the excess fat, leaving only premium middle. Then, we slow-cook it, ensuring the natural juices are retained. Pastrami
Who said healthy meals can't be tasty too? Our pastrami is made for maximum flavour with only the tiniest amount of fat – less than 1.8grams a serve!
First we trim all excess fat off the finest beef eye round. Then we roll this in a bed of delicious spices, sprinkle it with black pepper and finally, slow-cook it to make its exceptional tenderness and mouth-watering flavour.

Corned Silverside
It has been as Australian favourite for years, but we have made our Corned Silverside even better.
We start with the leanest cuts of prime yearling beef and trim off all excess fat – leaving less than 1.8 grams per serve.
The meat is then gently tenderised to create its light texture. Finally, we slow-cooked it to retain its moist texture and scrumptious flavour.
